Here you will find the individual price lists of our services. With our transparent price information you know in advance exactly what your move to Vienna, Austria and the whole of Europe will cost. Our relocation service scores with high quality and reliability at a fair price, no matter if it involves moving and relocations, the right packaging material, waste disposal or piano transports.
Valid for all price packages:
- Minimum duration per deployment: 2 hours
- Within Vienna, we do not charge any arrival or departure costs and no kilometer charge.
- Also we do not extra charge for weekends or higher floors.
- After an inspection date, we also offer flat free prices (for free).

A move is more than just transporting items from point A to point B. Depending on your situation, various factors can significantly influence the price.
To help you better understand how the costs are calculated – and where there may be potential savings – we’ve outlined the most important cost factors in detail.
Preparation and Organization
Good preparation is one of the most important foundations for a smooth and time-efficient move. The better everything is prepared, the more efficiently our team can work – and this directly impacts the overall cost.
Key questions to consider:
- Are all boxes already packed? If our team needs to assist with packing, this adds extra time and effort.
- Are the moving boxes labeled? Clearly labeled boxes help us place items directly in the right room at the new address.
- Has space been cleared in the new home? If boxes and furniture can be placed straight into position, it saves time and energy.
- Are fragile items separately packed and clearly marked? Careful packing protects your belongings and makes handling easier for our team.
Parking Situation at Both Addresses
The distance between the home entrance and the moving truck has a major impact on the logistics – and therefore on the price.
Important considerations:
- Is there a parking spot directly in front of the building? A parking space near the entrance saves a lot of time.
- Does a loading zone need to be requested? If no parking is available, we can arrange a temporary loading zone if desired – but this involves additional costs.
- How far is the walk from the apartment to the truck? Long carrying distances increase the workload and may require extra manpower.
- What is the parking situation at the destination? A difficult parking situation at the new home can also delay the process significantly.
Elevator or Many Stairs?
A frequently underestimated but very important price factor is how accessible your apartment is.
These aspects are included in the calculation:
- Is there an elevator in the building? A working lift makes the move much easier and faster.
- Is the elevator available for moving furniture? Some property managers restrict or prohibit using the lift for heavy transports.
- How big is the elevator? If it’s too small, many items will have to be carried by hand.
- How many floors need to be climbed without a lift? For apartments on the 4th, 5th, or even 6th floor without an elevator, the physical effort increases significantly – and that affects the price.
- Are there especially heavy or bulky items? Transporting washing machines, sofas, or pianos through narrow staircases requires additional effort.
Disassembly and Assembly of Furniture
Many pieces of furniture need to be disassembled for transport and reassembled afterward. This additional work has a clear impact on the price.
Important points:
- How many items need to be taken apart? An IKEA wardrobe is dismantled more quickly than a custom-made wall unit.
- Do the items also need to be reassembled at the new address? Assembly work requires experience and additional time.
- Are the pieces standard furniture or custom-made? Bespoke furniture often requires more attention to detail and special tools.
- Are there items that need to be mounted on walls? Shelves, lamps, coat racks, TVs – these require extra installation work.
- Are drilling or special fixings needed? This also requires time, tools, and expertise.
Distance Between Old and New Address
Geographical distance plays a central role in pricing – especially for moves outside of Vienna.
Key differences:
- Moves within Vienna: Local moves are usually easier to coordinate and more affordable.
- Moves in the Vienna surrounding area: Distances over 20–30 km mean longer travel times, higher fuel costs, and possible waiting times.
- Moves to another federal state: Depending on the distance, more time may be needed, often with additional staff.
- International moves: Moves abroad require careful planning, possibly customs procedures, and sometimes overnight stays for the team - all of which increase the cost.
Packing Service - Yes or No?
Who packs your belongings? This decision has a major influence on the time required and thus on the cost.
You have the following options:
- You do the packing yourself: This saves money but requires a lot of time, experience, and the right materials.
- You book our professional packing service: Our team carefully and safely packs your belongings – from glasses to electronics.
- We supply the packing materials: Boxes, bubble wrap, tape – we can provide everything you need.
- Unpacking service available: If desired, we also help with unpacking and organizing your new home.

No stopping zone
Sometimes it can make sense to set up a no-stopping zone so that our trucks have a guaranteed parking space in front of your home or apartment. In this way, the way between home and truck is much shorter and the move can be done faster. Depending on the size of your move and the dominant parking situation decides whether a no-stopping zone is necessary at all. Due to the location of your old and new address, sometimes even two no-stopping zones can make sense.

Packaging materials
With every move, despite all caution, there is a certain risk for your removal goods. Your furniture, household effects, crockery, clothing, electronics and other valuable items must be securely packed to protect them from damage or dirt.
We only provide you with the best packaging materials (also available on loan) to get your removal goods to their destination safely and well protected. In addition to the packaging materials listed below, we also offer you special packaging for pictures, chandeliers and mattresses. Further information on this is available on request.
