4. How is the payment process conducted?

For private customers, payment is made in cash after the job is completed. You will receive a delivery receipt confirming payment, and the invoice will be sent to you via email afterward. Companies can pay via bank transfer.

5. When is a heavy item surcharge applied?

A heavy item surcharge is applied for weights exceeding 80 kg (per individual item). The amount depends on the actual weight and the number of floors involved. For items such as pianos, heavy display cases, safes, etc., we kindly request a telephone inquiry.

6. What can I do to expedite the moving process?

Of course, customers can assist with the move. You can help with carrying small items or even disassemble furniture in advance. By providing assistance, the moving process can be expedited, saving you money as a customer

7. Is assembly and disassembly included in the price?

Disassembly and assembly of standard furniture are included in the price. For kitchen disassembly and assembly or carpentry work, we can provide you with our carpenter. Additionally, we offer painting services and final cleaning.

8. Are appointments fulfilled punctually?

We start our work every day at 8 AM and make efforts to arrive promptly at the customer’s location. For appointments that don’t start on the hour, there might be delays if the moving team is still at other customers’ locations. We appreciate your understanding.

9. Is the move insured?

You can opt for additional insurance. Cost? 5 per mille of the insurance value. It covers all damages during transport. We kindly ask our customers not to transport valuables, money, or important documents with the goods being moved. Theft of such items is not covered by the insurance.

10. When is a cancellation fee applicable?

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled move. Within 48 hours, a minimum booking time of 2 hours will be charged.
