2. How is payment made?
Payment for private clients is made in cash after work. You will receive a delivery note that you have paid for and the invoice will then be sent by email.
Companies can pay by bank transfer.
3. When is a heavy surcharge due?
A heavy surcharge will be charged from a weight of 80 kg (per individual item). The height depends on the real weight and floors.
For pianos, heavy showcases, safes, etc., we offer you a telephone inquiry.
4. What can I do to make the move go faster?
Of course, customers can help with the move. You can help carry (little things) or disassemble the furniture in advance. With the help, the move is completed faster and you save money as a customer.
5. Is disassembly and assembly included in the price?
The disassembly and assembly of standard furniture is included in the price. For kitchen dismantling and construction or carpentry work, we can make our carpenter available to you.
In addition, we offer painting and final cleaning.
6. Are appointments met on time?
We start our work every day at 8 a.m. and make every effort to arrive at the customer’s on time. For appointments that do not start at the same time, it can happen that the movers are late because you are still with the other customer. Please understand.
7. Is the move insured?
You can also take out insurance. Costs? 5 per thousand of the insurance value. Covers all damage during transport. We offer our customers not to transport any valuables, money or important documents with the removal goods. The insurance does not cover theft of such an item.
8. When is a cancellation fee due?
Cancellation is free of charge 48 hours before the moving date.
A minimum booking time of 2 hours is charged within the 48 hours.
